Comfy Mattress Returns


We recommend giving your mattress at least a full month of sleep to allow you and your Comfy to get to know each other. It can take a few weeks for your body to get used to the mattress, and for your sleep habits to adjust accordingly. 


If you decide to return your mattress, you have 150 days from the date of the original purchase to return it. Simply contact Comfy Support to schedule a pick up. We’ll arrange for the pick up of the mattress and will refund your original form of purchase within 5 days of the pick up. The driver alerts us that they have picked up the mattress, and we issue the refund. Banks and various institutions can take a few days for the return to post to your account. It is not necessary to return promotional items with the mattress.


Mattresses must have been used for their intended purpose and placed on an appropriate base. (i.e. Solid platform, platform with slats no wider than 3 inches, not a plastic or unbreathable base, not on concrete, etc.) In some cases, if the mattress was subjected to extreme inappropriate use, the driver may determine it is unsafe to pick up. Mattresses in this state will not be eligible for return or pick up. 


Unopened mattresses may be returned within 90 days. If the mattress has not been opened and inflated within 90 days, we will not be able to refund the cost of the mattress. Damage due to improper use of the mattress including outdoor storage, laying on concrete, mold, pet use, or other biohazards void the warranty and disqualify the mattress for a return as these environmental factors are misuse of the mattress.   


We aren’t able to accept returns after 150 days. We do, of course, take care of the mattress should there be any manufacturing defects. If that’s the case, send a photo of the defect to [email protected] for further steps regarding fixing or replacing the defective mattress. 


Comfy Products Returns


You may return our other products up to 150 days after purchase. Contact Comfy Support for a return authorization label to send the product back to us. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
